Being that I reside in Canada, I was a little skeptical, but I spoke with Jack at 2 Life Health Products and he was informative and than I went on the web site and read all positive comments. The green star juicer is actually for my husband and he loves it. The shipment was actually ahead of schedule and the best part is that it was assembled. Thanks. I'd reccomend this to anyone. I am extremely pleased with the service provided to me by 2 Life Health. I placed this order late in the afternoon on a Thursday. Since I was anxious to get it I called the toll free number to find out when the blender was to ship. I was most impressed that it would ship the same day. Granted, they are on a different coast so there is a time difference but many stores will make you wait 24 hours to process your order and they processed and shipped my order within three to four hours. This is a totally classy, first class store.

I did not get a confirmation after 4 days and my credit card had not been charged. I had to call them to find out that all the information for my order had not come through on their systtem. I gave it to them on the phone. It took 2 days for the order to go in, and 7 days later I am still waiting for the package. The price was so so good, $285 less than retail, that I feel the inconvenience will be worth it if the product arrives in good condition.

My computer's security didn't allow the discount code to be e-mailed back to me, but right on their web site in plain view was the explanation and the phone number to call. When I called, I actually got a real person on the phone who had exactly the information that I needed. Only complaint- and it's not about the service, is that the gear is fractionally longer than the old one, and makes assembly a bit tricky.
