I sent an email asking customer service to investigate the nearly one week delay in receiving my order. A day later, their response was they would look into the matter. Two days later, I leave a voice message with my email and phone number --- no response. Over a week and still no product and no further contact from the merchant. I understand problems occur but at least communicate with the customer.  I would not shop here again	Overall Rating:

1st perfume's website makes finding the product easy and ordering is simple. My only question with this order is that the perfume, Chance, that I ordered came just as a bottle and wasn't packed in a box. It looks fine but since it is a gift...a sealed package would have been preferable.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

The perfume arrived without a box, which was okay, but the bottle was marred, the top scratched. Part of the identifying label was torn off and there was a price tag still stuck to the bottle that stated $9.99 even though I paid over $50. I don't mind a company making a profit, but that's a huge markup, particularly for a marred bottle that makes me wonder if this was actually Krystle perfume.  I would not shop here again	Overall Rating:

So Pretty is excellent. Deneuve unit looks flimsy and perfume is dark amber compared to last mailing which was pale honey colored. I was very happy with my purchase of Hypnose. It took a little bit longer than I though it would but I was still happy with the delivery time. I also bought a bottle of Lar de Temps and was disappointed with the size of the bottle...it was on $7.50 but the container was tiny. Overall I still was happy with my overall purchse.
