1st Perfume

After I received my perfumes, one of the items was damaged. There was no invoice included, the invoice number is required for returns. It was impossible to reach the merchant/customer service on the phone. There are two phone numbers, one has a voice mail but nobody responds to the messages. Makes for a very frustrating experience.

My husband gave me my first bottle of ZUT in 1949.It was my favorite perfume for years, until it was discontinued. This purchase was intended to bring back fond memories. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. This smelled like a sweet vanilla with a strong alcohol base. It was nothing like the ZUT I know. I think I have bought a Chinese knock off. The only thing I liked about it, was the bottle was pretty. A very disappointing shopping experience for an elderly lady.

Only bad thing was UPS lost my package and had to email them as their phone was not answered. Could only contact by email and it was a slow process.

I ordered perfume from 1st perfume after checking other web sites for the prices of the items I was interested in. The perfume was the cheapest and I also qualified for free shipping. Excellent experience, just with that the free shipping had a lower $$ requirement, because I would wait and have to order multiple things to qualify

They always have a good selection of perfumes at great prices. My order was done promptly and it was the correct bottle of perfume, yet the only drawback I have is that since it was labeled as a tester, it didn't come with a cap. I would think that even testers have caps, but I guess not. That's disappointing because not having a cap on a perfume allows it alter the fragrance. Other than that, everything was great.

Worked well. Only weird thing was that the packaging specifically said, in big bold letters: "Tester - Not For Resale". Hmmmmm.... Makes you wonder where they actually obtain their merchandise.

I was disappointed with the size of the soap bar at 25g. I had been use to a full size bar of soap at 100g.

I was a bit skeptical of a merchant named "1st Perfume", but they had the lowest price I could find for Calvin Klein's "Eternity", my wife's favorite fragrance. After shipping charges, it was still cheaper than Walmart and it arrived in 5 days! I ordered it online on a Wednesday afternoon and it arrived the following Monday!

Very disappointed with the experience. The bar soaps sent were of travel size as opposed to what was shown & listed on the website. Also, the cases in which the soaps came were scuffed up & looked old & used. It was disgusting to imagine that these cases could have been used & re-used in other people's bathrooms. The cases did not even completely close. The miniature size soaps inside had absolutely lost the fragrance of Drakkar noir. They smelt like ordinary soap. Even the perfumed soap wash bottles you find in dollar stores smell more fragrant than this! This is absolutely unacceptable! Also, there was no return receipt or even just basic receipt information in the package that came. That again is unheard of & not acceptable at any cost. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED & UPSET with being cheated like this!

I received everything quickly except for the Eternity Moment. The website said, and still says, that it is available but when the package arrived, there was a note saying that it was not available and they issued a credit. I sent an email message asking why the website says it's available and why didn't they backorder it instead of issuing the credit. I have yet to receive any kind of response.
