I ordered Byblos 6.7 oz. Shower and Bath Gel.  When received, it was not in a box and there was no receipt. A couple days later I used it and to my surprise it was very watered down and no frangrance. I emailed the company several times and no response. In searching their website I came across a fax number and instructions to fax them with my complaint and follow up with an email, which I did. They finally emailed me and said to return the item at my expense for postage. Their email also stated that if the product was found by them to be OK there would be a 15% restocking fee. The item was only $14.99 with 6.95 postage. It is not worth it to incur another postage charge and it is obvious this company is going to ding me on the 15% for sure. My word against theirs.  I left messages at a phone number given in their email to question this problem further, but no one answers and no one retrns my calls. This product normally goes for $30, I would have been better off paying the higher price. I do not recommend this company to anyone, they are fakes and should be reported to the Better Busines Bureau. I have read a lot of negative reviews about 1stperfume and the experiences are all similar to mine.  Beware consumer!!!
