Shopping experience with LD Products has been excellent. On the most recent order, I inadvertently checked the wrong size of refill (HP 27 instead of HP 56). I returned the HP 27 refills and I am waiting for the HP 56 refills to arrive.

Usually my experience is good. The last time I ordered a group of catriges two of them didn't work and I didn't really know how to return them so I ended up losing money on them plus I had to go to Staples to buy 2 more.

Purchase a HP 60XL cartridge, which is reported to make up to 600 copies. I have made approx. 75 to 80 copies and the indicator is recording 3/4 used. I called last week with my concern, and was told to wait, as the indicator are not always correct. I believe the cartridge was not filled with the XL quantity of ink, but the agent was not willing to make an adjustment. If I am correct, I could be sitting here with a printer and no ink. I have purchased from the company before without any problems. I believe I should receive a replacement.
