Everything arrived in perfect condition and sooner than I expected. My only disappointment was with an email enquiry before purchasing, I asked if I needed 2 canopies for the pendants I was told no, I received the order and now it is obivious that I do need the canopies. I now have to place another order and it will not meet the free shipping limit.

Easy to buy via the website.  Difficult to obtain tracking information.  They confirmed tracking number two hours after it was delivered. There was a one day holiday between the day I ordered and a week later.  Can't fault them too much--it showed up pretty quickly.  Overall, a fine transaction with free shipping, no tax, exactly what I wanted, and prompt delivery.  I'd trust these guys again and recommend them highly.

I ordered a product from them.  They shipped the wrong product.  They say they will not accept the return without an RGA number.  I have contacted them 4 times over 2 weeks for an RGA number, and each time they say they will call back tomorrow, since they need to ask the manufacturer for one.  I told them I would just send the order back to them at 1StopLighting, since that's who charged my credit card.  Their response was that if I did that, I probably wouldn't receive my refund since they might lose the package!!

The lights are back-ordered several weeks. They let me know a week after I ordered them. If I had known this I would not have purchased them. When I purchased them it said there was a 1-week delivery time.

I made several orders over the course of a month and all lights with the exception of 1 were received within a week or ordering. The other was designated as requiring 4-6 weeks so that was my expectation. As it happened, I received the light in 4 weeks.

The online store was great. 1Stop had the best price to offer. The ceiling fan arrived to the house in excellent condition.

As a side note, 1Stop emailed me to state that the ceiling fan would not be delivered by the designated time. Therefore, the company voluntarily discounted the ceiling fan's price. In fact, the fan still arrived on time. I can't complain about that!

I ordered a chandelier from One Stop Lighting on 4-3-07. My credit card was charged on that date and I was told that the chandelier would be shipped on 5-14-2007. On 4-20-07, 17 days later, I was told that the chandelier was not available. I called the manufacturer directly and was informed that the merchandise was scheduled for shipment on the promised date of 5-14-07. One Stop Lighting refused to sell the merchandise to me for the advertised price that they charged to my credit card and cancelled my order. I am referring them to the BBB and the attorney general of California for false advertisement and failure to fulfill their contractual agreement.

I am very impressed with the my lighting order I recieved. At first I was nervious because I thought it wouldn't be as I saw it online. However when I opened the package, it was better. Very Happy Customer!!

I tried to order a glass shade for a lamp, and the shade from Cal BO-783 looked like it would work. I wrote to ask the dimensions and got a reply very quickly. I was excited because I had been searching for this item for a long time, and the measurements matched my lamp. I ordered it, and waited for availability to be checked, then got a shipping date. Two days later, I got a phone call to say that the item is discontinued and out of stock (so WHY did the tracking system say 'AVAILABLE, will be shipped on --'?) A huge disappointment, especially since I have various ceiling fixtures that match this lamp.

I want to thank everyone at 1STOPlighting for their wonderful customer service and expert product knowledge. The lighting fixture I ordered arrived quickly and exactly as described.

After my dog knocked one of the glass shades off of the table while I was installing the fixture, I was able to get a replacement sent after only one quick call to 1STOPlighting. They sent the right part and it arrived as quickly as the original order.

I will be purchasing more products from them in the future and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Absolutely suberb. An initial shipping estimate of 8 weeks (!) for the ceiling fan caused some concern. But their response was to knock an additional $25 off the price - already price-matched down to another web site (They also offered to cancel that order). It ended up arriving in only 2 weeks. Everything else arrived exactly when promised.

Order tracking is pretty bad at the site, claimed my order although in stock wouldn't ship for a week. Instead it just showed up on my doorstep one day... Also it had a very small chip in the glass, I just don't know if shipping breakables is their fortay... YMMV

Their shipping prices to Hawaii have all others beat. Most of my products did arrive exactly as promised. I received one incorrect fixture, but the company is making every attempt to rectify the situation as soon as possible. Also, I found their website incredibly easy to use, and their selection is great. I can't say enough about this company.
