First time shopping this website. First Grandchild due to arrive in April. Love the selections! Prior orders arrived within two days. Problem with only one order, however, customer representative corrected problem and order was received within one day. Overall, excellent experience, one of my top web sites :) !

Re: #5, it's not the merchant's tracking, it's the carrier's, OnTrac. They promise delivery by 5:00 PM but often do not deliver until 8:00 PM or later. Diapers.com is wonderful in every way; I have almost always been able to find what I need/want there at very reasonable prices and their customer service is unparallelled. They respond to emails quickly, thoroughly and are so friendly it's almost shocking when you compare the far less appealing customer service of other companies who service the needs of babies and parents. Diapers.com is fantastic, I have and will continue to recommend it. It's only sad to me that many people believe Diapers.com sells only diapers, as I learned when I registered for baby needs there. We were always having to tell people, "No, they have EVERYTHING"!

I love diapers.com, I order from them often. This past time my package went to the wrong person and I received that customers package. There was some time sensitive items in my order and diapers.com gave me a credit for those items, which allowed me to purchase them locally without extra expense on my part. Diapers.com has amazing customer service. They get back to you right away if you have any questions or concerns. I have two recommendations: 1) diapers.com should trigger an automatic email notification to the buyer if his or her credit card is declined, and 2) amazon.com has a sometimes useful feature in that when you type in an item's name, if it's something you've purchased before, it offers to link you up to that prior order's invoice. Diapers.com is my favorite though.

I was using a baby registry. The only off putting thing is that it is presumed all shoppers are from the USA.....so when you get to the payment section you have to make up a zip code and hope that the card is accepted as this is not on your registered address the bank has. I was successful in the end! Otherwise all went well and my daughter-in-law was delighted with the products.

It would be great if Diapers.com had all of the different MAM nipples available for purchase as I had to go elsewhere to find the fast flow and cross cut. I understand though. Thank you!
