In the Past I have been very happy with delivery, since you changed to Fed ex I was not that happy, they are not that bright. They cancelled delivery three days in a row. It was not until I contact Diapers.com and Fed ex themselves to get to the bottom of the problem. Which was the new delivery man could not find our building, which is very hard to believe. If he could not figure out the numbers he should of asked someone or called days before. I was very disappointed. My experience with the site is very positive.

The only complaint I have is I bought a teether and I wasn't given the option of color. I normally wouldn't care but I was making a diaper cake in pink/green so I was hoping for those colors but received orange/purple instead. Other than that, I am completely satisfied. I am very pleased with the service I got both times I have order from here. I am going to continue with this service. I have no car so going to the store to get diapers is a big hassel for me. I end up spending more money on diapers because I buy smaller packages and then I have to buy more of them during the month so I can carry them on the bus.
