I'd been searching for a Nikon 200-400mm vr for sometime and finally came upon one at 17th Street Photo on their website. I'd never order from them before and as this was a very expensive purchase at $5200.00 I read the ratings and gave them a call to verify that they did indeed have this (exact)lens in stock. I placed the order online, paid for 2nd day delivery and was extremely surprised to have it delivered the very next morning all the way to Utah. I guess UPS gets some of my appreciation as well. Unlike the phone response I've had with other photo stores back east I was very happy with the friendly support I received at 17th Street. If you need it and they have it, buy it with confidence. My only regret is that I had not done business with them sooner...and the fact that now I have to figure out how to pay for this lens. Thanks Dov! (sp?)

Order the FujiFilm A700 and accessaries via 17th Steet website on Thursday. Received Shipping notices from UPS via email. Received order on Monday. So far, a very pleasant shopping experience.

The folks at 17th Street Photo were very helpful. They were readily available by phone while I was deciding what camera to buy. They answered all my questions and made me feel confident in choosing my first digital SLR camera. After I placed the order online, they even called my home to make sure that I personally had ordered the camera and that it wasn't someone fraudulently using my credit card. As a former victim of identity theft, I really appreciated the security check.

The battery was what I ordered and came a day before expected. The tiny wafer-thin battery was put in a large book size box and I was charged $8.50 for normal ground delivery, would have preferred a small box delivered 2 days later at half the cost!

This merchant may not be the cheapest but they do deliver as they promise on the website. I made a phone call to check on the availability of the items that I was planning to order. Service on the phone was quick and proofed to be accurate. I got all items within a week as promised. All items where packed with care and arrived in good condition. Others have great advertisements but don?t show for months.
