The product was two weeks late and the package arrived with damage corners.  Good thing it is only a sheet metal panel for my low voltage box.  I will not buy from them again

LIES, WRONG EQUIPMENT and MORE BULL... Placed an order on the 2nd of April 2008 ordered $5500.00 dollars worth of video equipment. Was told by Karen, the very pleasant sales rep., that everything was in stock and would be shipped next day. When order showed up I got RG59U connectors for RG6 cable. Shipped different cameras then ordered. 20 gauge wire, not the 18 gauge wire I ordered. Back Ordered LCD used for aiming cameras with a three week delay. They told me they shipped what they had in stock. I said if what they had does not fit what I ordered or is not what I ordered it wastes their time and mine. I have tried to fix this order several times. Today, the 25th of April, thinking that maybe I had all the right parts discovered 123 had sent the wrong size power supply incapable of powering even one camera. 1 amp non replaceable PTC fuse for a 2.5 amp cameras, NOT WHAT I ORDERED. 123 Security said,"It is what we had in stock." Almost a month and still no cameras running. This company should not be allowed to do business.

Bought a small 4 channel dvr from these folks about 1-1 1/2 years ago. I called them today to get service thinking I was out of warranty and Mary hooked me up. She figured out that I probably had some power surge that made it go all crazy- She even sent me a ups pick up tag by email. I am writing this to say you just don't get service like that anymore. I hope this reaches you folks.

Great shopping here.Got my first network cameras from these folks.
This model was my second purchase from them along with accessories and cable I needed.

Camera is excellent and they helped me select all the parts I needed over the phone and took over 20 minutes helping me decide between 3 models and I ran them throught the mill because they have so many accessories it was confusing but they help me make sense and really understand.. Ordered with 3 day shipping and I got it in 2 days. This store is great. If you need help ask for Karen or Alissa. The Sony sncrz30n is my favorite, a real beauty.

When I first ordered from 123 Security Products a Sony SNC-RZ30N and outdoor housing from them Karen told me it was in stock and and ready to ship the same day, and Karen then told me to expect it within a week, the next day since I received no tracking   Read full review...
