When I first ordered from 123 Security Products a Sony SNC-RZ30N and outdoor housing from them Karen told me it was in stock and and ready to ship the same day, and Karen then told me to expect it within a week, the next day since I received no tracking number so I called back only to be told that it missed the cut off for shipping out the day prior so to expect the tracking number tonight again no tracking number so I call back and speak with Karen again who tells me that it did ship out and she would send an email with the tracking number next thing I know is that I receive an email telling me that the housing is out of stock after their business hours so I have to call back the next day she then tells me that there is another housing that they have in stock and that I could order that one instead so I do and she guarantees me that it will ship out tonight and that they would make up for shipping time by sending it over night, the next day I receive an email telling me that the second housing choice was out of stock as well so I tell Karen just to send the camera over night and I would get the housing elsewhere the next day I call and ask where the camera is and I get an email telling me that the camera and housing all shipped out together in error so that the order is complete, and still no tracking number so I call back and was told that Karen would get back to me. Later I receive an email and it turns out the reason I didn't receive a tracking number was because that 123 Security Products did not have the housing in stock and also did not have the Sony SNC-RZ30N in stock the whole reason for the order and I was assured the whole time that 123 Security Products had the camera just not the housing also in the email Karen tells me that 123 Security Products is cancelling the order and refunding my money since they didn't have anything I ordered and that it was on back order. Finally some closure or so I had thought the next day I still had not received my money credited to my card so call back and get the run around that Karen is with a customer and so tell them that I will hold 5 minutes later someone answers and tells me that she is in a meeting, that I already received my refund. Next I get an email telling me that my card wasn't charged. (but it was!) So I call back and then I am told that I was never charged I threaten legal action and Karen comes on the line and asks when they supposedly charged me I give Karen the date and she tells me to expect a refund within 24 hours, finally I get my money back.
Pros
Maybe price but you won't know if they have the product until you receive it.
Cons
Terrible service, No IN STOCK items, THEY LIE,They don't refund your money.
The Bottom Line
Avoid shopping at 123 Security Products at all costs! Because they will take your money, string you along and lie to you, they have nothing in stock to send you.
