What do I like about my new Samsung TV? I like the clean lines, the finish matches the finish on my home theater I recently purchased. It gives clean, sharp, bright pictures on high def channels and pretty decent pictures on all other channels.

These guys are a bunch of cheats. I should have checked their feedback on this website before I decided to buy from them. I ordered a Sony KDL-52XBR4 on their website for $2679 with free shipping on March 17th. One week later, I still had not recieved any confirmation of the purchase. I checked their website and the status on my order showed "For verification". When I called them, I was told that I would recieve the TV in 8-10 weeks. If I wanted it earlier, I would have to upgrade the shipping to $199. I declined and after three additional weeks I still hadnt heard back from them. Then on May 5th, I called them and they said that the TV came back damaged from their docks and they did not have any more left to ship out to me. They also have changed the model number on their website to KDL-52XBR4PK and priced it at $3999. I checked Sony's website and other vendors and there arent any TV's with this model number. They are pathological liers. I would stay far away from this vendor for any future purchase.

The TV I ordered was never delivered and I had a terrible customer service experience with them. I ordered a 32" plasma TV from 123 Buy Direct three weeks ago. The status of the order sat on "For Verification" for two weeks. I sent the customer service department an e-mail asking for status. They did call me back and left me a message within a couple of days. However, when I called them back, I have been hung up on four times now without an explanation of what happened to my order (and I'm a nice polite customer). I just now finally managed to get a customer service rep to cancel my order.

Yes it is a big decision and it’s not for everyone. If you’re just going to buy pillows and blankets then it not for you. We completely remodeled our kitchen. After getting quotes from everything from new cabinets to re-facing our old ones we went to Direct Buy. We bought new high quality cabinets for less then the price of re-facing the old ones. The staff at our center could not be more helpful.
