viewing your site for my order, it stated that the batteries I ordered was compatible. Quite the contrary. The batteries sent was to large for my telephone. I am now awaiting credit to credit card. I will have to seek out a company that will accommodate my request.

Very disappointed: ordered phone from them 1 1/2 years ago with 2-year additional extended warranty. The invoice indicated that there was a warranty, but it was not included with the phone nor did it arrive later. Phone broke down now and I called the 3rd party warranty service. They told me I needed a warranty ID and to call 101phones if I didn't have it. 101phones told me their records indicated I received a separate warranty membership ID with the phone (not true: I didn't even receive a phone manual!) and that they could not help me. They told me I should have called for the warranty card shortly after the phone arrived, but there was no indication that I needed a warranty card, so how was I to know that I needed to contact them?! Basically I paid for a warranty I never received and was lead to believe by the invoice (which says I purchased the warranty) that I had no more to do! Very deceptive.

They had just what we wanted. They had a range of comparable products to choos amongst. They had useful technical descriptions and details of each product so we could make meangingful selection of the best one for us. easy transaction....speedy delivery.....the only disappointment - a BIG disappointment - was that a 'belt clip' was not included with this phone. And, 101 phones does not carry them.... to order from the phone manufacturer was a reasonable price for the clip - approx. $3.95, but a $10 dollar s&h fee....... that seemed excessive, so we're doing w/o a belt clip.....
