The shopping experience was good. However, I returned the product and I was not credited the full amount of the purchase. In fact, I was charged a little more than 10% of the purchase price to return these items. I thought I would get 100% of the purchase price refunded. I would shop there again if I knew I wasn't going to be returning the itme.

My dad is very happy with the phone! Both my parents are elderly and need help in pushing the numbers on the keypad and their hearing is quite limited. This phone is similar to an old one that was not working well, but the new phone is better in many ways! I had to search under the "amplified" to finally find your company. It was an amazingly simnple effort; we punched in the GE Telephone information and were immediately directed to 101. The order form and response were amazingly simple, fast and accurate. The product is a superior product to the GE set we had previously. We were happy with the old set, but it had gone on the fritz. My handyman took the old set, took it apart, and put it back together and AMAZINGLY, it is working again. But the new set is absolutely ideal as I can roam the house while taking and making calls. Totally satisfied with 101 and will recommend to anyone who needs such service.

Customer service was courtious, but not especially knowledgeable about the phone. The phone works, but doesn't perform full duplex dialog on a speaker phone--which is what I was requesting.

I tried to puchase this extention phone at best buy because thats where I originally bought the phone about two or three years ago and I wanted another extention. They didn't carry it anymore and told me to call panasonic. Panasonic didn't have it in stock so they told me to go to 101phones.com When I originally googled the phone I wanted to purchase, 101phones came up and was my first choice but I really didn't know your reputation but then panasonic said that you were a company that they refer people to and I am happy they did. I ordered the phone and the next day it was at my house. This is where I will do my shopping

101Phones shipped me a used phone that they advertised as New!! This very expensive German manufactured cordless phone was in a dirty damaged used box, and the phone was loose and rattling around inside.

I had to pay shipping out of my very own pocket to return the phone! 101phones did not investigate my complaint, apologize, or refund the shipping!
