1-800 Florals

OK, I loved them! This was the first time I was shopping for flowers in the US and was not too sure on the million florist choices I had. After browsing through a few sites Phillip’s 1-800 Florals definitely has come nice things said about them, especially on great customer service. So, I tried my luck and things went great!

The customer service IS definitely excellent. I had a minor issue when filling out the payment details as I was using a French credit card. Just to be sure things were OK, I got my friend to call them up, and was happy to discover that they had already sorted it all out for me.

The order was delivered on time and my boy friend loved them! The selection was lovely too… I so hope I am a recipient of one of their deliveries ;-)
 
I definitely recommend using this service for a hassle free on time delivery. I look forward to buying more flowers!

I will be using no one else again! They are the most efficient, polite, helpful people. I had some minor difficulties on an international order & they went above & beyond! I was so very impressed with them. They took care of everything in a matter of minutes with such a caring manor for the person receiving the arrangement. They were wonderful at keeping me up to date on the status of the order. It was delivered in such a timely manor and on a holiday (Mothers Day) & was so beautiful! If any one is undecided about using them for any thing don't be, they will do a fantastic job for you.

I was disappointed with another company I had been using (they delivered something other than what I ordered, the arrangements were not always fresh, they screwed up delivery dates, etc.) so I went in search of another national flower delivery company, and found Phillips. This was my first time ordering from them and I was a little guarded - but I couldn't have been more pleased!

I had requested my order to be delivered to a relative in the hospital on a Saturday morning. They attempted to do that but discovered that my relative had been discharged. Phillips then emailed me and tried to call me (more than once when they couldn't reach me the first time) to get her home address so that the local florist could deliver the arrangement to her house. After they reached me by phone and obtained the home address, the flowers were delivered on that same day to her at home. And I'm told the arrangement is beautiful!

I am very happy I found Phillips and will definitely use them again!

We had never used this service before, and we were a little nervous about placing a flower order online, for a memorial service we were unable to attend. After reading the customer reviews, we placed our order, and we are happy to report that the flowers were delivered at the time we specified, and also honoring our request of no baby's breath and no leather fern in the arrangement. Our friend called to tell us the arrangement was spectacular and the flowers very fresh. The delivery person also deserves a special thank-you for going around to find someone in the backyard after getting no answer at the front door.
We are most thankful for what a wonderful job Phillip's 1-800-Florals did, and attending to every detail. We will not hesitate to use their service again.

Comments: This company did a wonderful job with the flowers we ordered as
a sympathy arrangement. We received many compliments on that arrangement.
I had tried several companies on-line first, and none of them could
deliver what we wanted when we wanted it.
Finally, I stumbled upon the Phillip's web site. It was easy to follow and figure
out. It's also lovely just to look at!

Outstanding customer service (a very difficult thing to find these days)! I ordered a floral arrangement based on the online recommendations. The email that 1-800-Florals Online Store sent me got bounced by my company's spam filter so they called me to reassure me that they had received my order and would be fulfilling it promptly.

Service is as promised. Delivery is same day is order placed before 1 pm. Arrangement better than as pictured and worth the cost, which was reasonable and competitive. I ordered an arrangement of roses for my parents 50th anniversary in a city 300 miles away and it arrived as promised and they were thrilled. The arrangement was large, roses fresh and beautiful, just beginning to open and my mother even commented how beautiful the vase was. I was extremely pleased with this shopping experience and will use Phillip's again and recommend it to others.

This morning ( Saturday) I ordered "thank you" flowers to be delivered today to two people in Dallas. A customer service person called late afternoon to tell me their (now former) vendor had JUST notified them they couldn't do the order today. They will not be using that vendor again and have offered to up-grade the order and make sure it is delivered promptly on Monday. She was most apologetic and unhappy they had not been notified right away so a second vendor could have been selected. I will most certainly order from Phillip's again as I really appreciate their effort to keep me informed and to "make it right". I know that glitches sometimes happen - it's how it's handled that is the test of a good merchant.

Ordered flowers yesterday at about 10am to be delivered to my husband's aunt in Maine. I had entered all the necessary information except for our name on the card. The cat, yes the cat, leaped up onto my lap and hit a computer key, sending the order.

Within seconds, I received my confirmation. I responded, asking them to add our name to the card. And they did it! I received a message telling me that they had added our name. I didn't have to call customer service. The company didn't send me "We have received your message and will respond in a few days." There was a real person who read and handled my request.

The flowers were delivered on time and were lovely, according to our aunt. Perhaps the price of the arrangement was a few dollars more than some other sites, including local Maine florists., but it was worth it. Also, their delivery charges were less than many other on-line florists.
