Very nice - They had to postpone the delivery because the patient was in the hospital at the time -but were there the day after discharge to deliver the wheelchair and teach the patient about its use.

It is easy to place the order online and receive almost immediate email confirmation of the order, however, after waiting to be able to track the process, I have in each case had to resort to contacting you by email. I would not have expected that to be necessary. It may be that this is because I very often am placing my order on Thursday or Friday and the weekend slows down the process. We are very happy with the product.
