One item of the 3 ordered was not received. A phone call revealed it was on back order, but we were not informed of this until we made the call. The item was subsequently received, but was missing one screw. Notified the distributor directly about this item. Still no response.

Experienced problems with the shipper of the Lift Recliner, but 1-800-Wheelchair has been EXCELLENT in responding to me and resolving issues. FANTASTIC customer service. On-line tracking of order could use improvement, had to call to get specific information...but they were responsive. A Dealer

Ordering from 1800wheelchair was a breeze! After ordering i immediately received an order confirmation and another email in about 24 hours with my tracking number. The grab bar i ordered for my grandmother was was received in great condition two days later!

After usuing internet to order merchandise for over 5 years this was the first time I had my credit card number misused and thousands of dollars charge to me. All the purchases were charged after I used this merchant. Could be a coincidence but could be someone on the inside.
