with other online medical supplies merchants you'd be required to present a prescription for certain equipment that you need (thereby incurring added expense by going to a doctor, this does not guarantee that you'll get the prescription you need), but not this online merchant! I promptly got my portable nebulizer without a prescription. But I did encounter some problems the first time I attempted a purchase (the website said they were having an internal server error). That didn't matter though, because I already have the portable nebulizer that I purchased.

Transport chair was even better than we imagined! It is lightweight, sturdy, and very helpful. It folds up easy and is very manageable. Many hospital/theraphy employees were very impressed with our chair. It makes trips to the hospital/doctors easy and less stressful for all. We received our order earlier than we expected/received in excellent condition. Very impressed with our dealings with 1800 Wheelchair. Thank You!

Possibly the worst shopping experience ever! Bought a gift that did not live up to representation - returned it. It was shipped back, received and signed for on Dec 11th. I called to see where my credit was on the 20th and was told it would be credited on the 26th. No credit called again on Jan 2nd rep said it would be credited on the 4th, complained and was told they would credit it that day. No credit called again on the 7th was told by rep it would be credited on the 17th, complained and was told they would credit it that day. No credit called again on the 10th was told the entire accounting dept. was on vacation and they could not process credit until the 17th - I complained and the rep told me she would check to see what she could do. She came back on the line and said they credited my account and I would receive an email. I received the email and am waiting to see a credit on my account. AWFUL!!

i went to your website to order a basket for my grandmother's walker. the item i found online seemed to be what was needed, but when it arrived it was only the liner to the basket, not the basket. this was misleading on the website. i then ordered the basket as well. once received it was too bulky to be safe to use. we have since returned these items. Each item had to be shipped to seperate venders which is annoying and more of an expense. i still have not seen my refund, a month later. i will not buy from wheelchair.com again.
