They have totally failed me twice now.  On Valentine's Day they did not even ship the flowers, and this was the main gift for my wife.  They told me they would send a 50% gift card of the total price, and I never received it.  Fast forward to mother's day now.  They failed to ship flowers today again! 

Both times I had to call them up just to check the status on the order.  And both times they blamed Fedex or UPS.  I demanded a full refund and a free order to be sent to my mother and they only said they would give me a 20% discount.  The problem I had with that 'solution' was that the arrangement I ordered for my Mom was not even available, and they were going to send a more expensive arrangement.  Well the price of that arrangment was basically 20% higher so they were screwing me over again.

DO NOT USE THEM, and if you want to have your flowers delivered I would recommend you buy them local and hand deliver them your self.  Even FTD has failed me recently.

The biggest thing that burns me up too, is that they claim they have 100% satisfaction guaranteed.  Wow.  I'm at -100% satisfaction.
