1-800 Flowers

This is my 3rd order in a week to 1-800-FLOWERS.  NOT one of the delieveries arrived on time.  One didn't even get there until the day after Christmas.

Anyways, I ordered the Merry Mistletoe- here is the description:

That's it!  Not even a sprig of mistletoe as the name indicates!

What's even worse is I receive an email from 1-800-FLOWERS that said "we failed."  Then today I receieve an email saying my order was received on time (the date promised) so I called to say "what's up?"

The rep said it's just a "courtesy" email to let you know the order was delivered.  I asked why it wasn't truthful and she said the promoised delivery date is always included in their email just because that is how the "system" is set up.
