I ordered one week before the delivery date of Dec 31, 2007 for my sisters Political reception on Jan 1, 2008. Order was processed, cc was charged, but never received a delivery confirmation by email. I called several days later and it was confirmed that 1800flowers did not have a confirmation as well. She said that she would refund my charge if indeed they were not delivered. I told her, a lot of good that will do. 2 days later I received an email confirming the credit to my account and they look forward to my future orders. I wrote them back to inform them to remove my name from the email list, from their data base, and that I would never use them again. They never responded why the flowers were not delivered. Customer Service at 1800FLOWERS.com on a scale from 1 - 10 is at best 1 when it comes to satisfying a customer when they fail to deliver or notify. I think if they had offered to deliver the flowers and pay the bill, it would have gone a long way. It was proof that this happens more than the consumer would like to know. BE CAREFUL. USE A LOCAL FLORIST THRU GOOGLE. DO NOT USE 1800FLOWERS!!!
