A 3-meter long corrugated pressboard sheet is transformed by Enzo Mari into a defensive wall to protect a place to play: ten panels with different shapes and decoration; invent stories and new characters with each use. A light fortification to be set anywhere in a few seconds, to create an imaginary break in everyday life. Yellow circles like the sun, blue waves like the sea, a wall made of red bricks... no written rules, only the creativity of the player to invent each time very new rules. Enzo Mari was born in Novara in 1932. He attended the Brera Academy of Fine Arts and dedicated himself to exploring the psichology of vision and design methods. As a designer, he worked for the top Italian and international manufactures, and examples of his design objects can be found in many museums the world over.
