Independently adjustable upper leg supports accommodate leg length discrepancy and correct, or accommodate, abduction, adduction and wind sweeping. Optional multi-positional footplates allow the feet to be positioned behind the knees in cases where the child has tight hamstrings or fixed flexion at the knees. Anatomically correct backrest pivot point is adjustable in depth and height to accommodate posture and growth.
