Plug and play for sure. Works great just make sure you don't have a bright light directly behind you, which is true for any camera.

Great low light cam
Just bought this webcam and and very impressed thus far. Used it with Yahoo Messenger without a problem. Built in microphone works well. Low light picture quality was great.

Picture Quality isn't good
I primarily use Comcast Video Mail, and ICUII. I queried others and have been told the picture isn't as sharp as my old Orange Micro iBot webcam.It's blurry.
