Warranties and Service Agreements

This extended warranty covers all parts and labor for cameras up to $1000 for five (5) years from the date of purchase. The equipment will be guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications and Mack will repair or replace the equipment no charge to you, (this includes all parts and labor). This warranty does not cover equipment which has been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, water, grit, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations.
