I had held off purchasing the new PS3 for awhile, and man am I sorry I waited so long. It's says right on the box that it only does everything. Boy is that an understatement. I had never had a system that we hooked online and that feature is amazing. My family can play online with other people and that changes the game everytime. I feel better spending the money on a new game know that when we beat the game we can still enjoy ourselves playing with random people. Also being hooked to the interenet we can watch streaming movies though netflix, which we subscribe to. We find ourselves using the PS3 for that more and more often. Also you can blue-ray movies as well as regular dvds. Not having to have more then one device is great as well. When your connected to the internet you can got the the Playstation store and purchase games that are stored right on the console. I love that feature, since you don't have a bunch of game box lying around! Your game's always in the system when you turn it on that way too! You can turn the game off and on by the controller. That's an amazing feature. You can also have your friends "friend" on the network and you can play at home with them, that's another plus! You can store photos and do so much with this system I can't even believe it! The only thing that bugs me is when we want to play and the system has to update, we know it's nessecary but still is a bummer when you have to wait!
