Here is a brand new top of the line RSR "Vintage" model Eb alto sax. It is very similar to the Mark VI by Selmer Paris, this sax was modeled from a very fine 1960's era Mark VI. Looks, feels and sounds so similar it is amazing. Very nice build quality and superb finish in a vintage look, beautiful engraving. This version incorporates the octave key & mechanism changes implemented on the Jubilee saxophones with the tenon revision Selmer did in 2006. Did you know that Selmer changed the Reference 54 alto sax neck design in 2006? Selmer switched the thickness of the metal used for the tenon to the thinner gauge.
