I have used a 35mm film camera - Minolta X-700 - for years now. I waited too long to get a digital. It was frustrating because if the flash was needed, the delay was too long. Warranty Limitation
The latch for the battery door on my camera broke. The camera was only a few months old, it was always kept in a soft case and had not been dropped or abused in any way. In fact, once the original batteries were put it, we had never opened the battery door again.
