Unit is much quieter than I thought, compared to our old Whirlpool that only lasted 7 years. Has no insulation blanket around it. Installed it myself in 1 hour.
We bought the white unit on sale for $299. Cleans very well.
What sold me was the 'Built in USA' sticker on the front. Thank you Maytag.
