Nice unit, when it works
The first unit I bought died after 1 hour of use; so I had to buy a new unit, send in the bad one (pay for freight again)and wait for a credit. Don't Waste Your Money

Good Product - Lousy Support
I just tried to upgrade my 700 to Version 5. First, you have to pay $99 for the upgrade. The ordering website is designed so you order entry functions are several screens pages in front of finding out it only comes in DVD format. So make sure you have access to a DVD on your PC. Support sucks
Customer support is terrible. I can't get anyone who speaks English. I have a problem that the unit freezes when I try to enter the name of a new street.
