Awesome

Pros Ease of use, voice commands, multiplayer, fun for family, and a variety of sports!
Cons Need plenty of room, sometimes picks up other people's movement, online multiplayer is buggy.
Recommended it? Yes
The Bottom Line:  I would recommend this game to anyone with the Kinect Sensor.  The large package of games included provides hours of fun and entertainment for you and family.
This is a great game that has to be used the special Kinect sensor for Xbox 360.  It is a great game to be played with family.  With sports such as Tennis, Football, Golf, Darts, Baseball, and Skiiing, it gives you a plethora of sports to choose form and can keep you busy for hours.  Every sport is enjoyable and playing with multiple people can enhance the experience.
The games have a similar setup to Wii Sports.  Although some sports are more involved than others, all of them can appeal to different audiences.  Tennis is close to the Wii version, but you don't have to worry about swinging anything but your arm around.  No throwing controllers into your expensive TV.  Football is a watered down version, you pick quick plays and can throw the ball.  There are no running plays, only passing.  However you can run in place when recieving a punt or completing passes.  Golf is as close as it gets.  The sensor is good at telling how hard you want to hit the ball with your swing.  You can use voice commands to change clubs and can take practice swings to get your score at a reasonable total.  Darts is a game that requires little movement.  Gameplay is a slightly weird but after some practice it comes more naturally.  Baseball is also watered down slightly, the batting can be a little buggy because you have to have the perfect pose before it will let you swing.  There is no controlling the base runners other than going to first base.  This means you have to strategically bat the balls into sections of field that have no catchers.  This can be an annoying game because the pitching controls can be far from perfect.  Skiing is simple, yet it takes good reaction to pass through the gates.  I haven't found anything wrong with the mini-game, however I don't find it that entertaining.  Out of the sports, Golf is my favorite, followed by tennis, football, darts, baseball, and skiing.  While I mostly stated problems with those sports, they are all family oriented and kept simplified to keep a wide range of gamers entertained.
What is amazing is that no controller is required.  You are the controller to navigate through menus with your hand or your voice.  The Kinect sensor has the capability of signing you in by recognizing your facial features and body structure.  Gone are the days of pressing buttons to sign in for muliplayer!  Gaming doesn't get much simpler than this.
The sports have been made family friendly, so any age group can play as long as they can follow directions.  The game gives a bit of a workout and even includes an estimated "calories burned" counter showed at the end of every sport.  You can issue "challenges" from mini-games that are included with the game.  Mini-games add a little extra spice to the gameplay and provide a competitive twist on things.
The game supports Xbox Live Multiplayer.  This is a good alternative if you are home alone or no one wants to play.  Thousands of online people are matched to your skill level and give you a good run for your experience.  Although it works, characters avatars can seem a little buggy but do not effect gameplay.
The Kinect Sensor is great at picking up movement and body guestures.  You may have the occasional hiccup, every once and a while, however proper room, lighting and fitted clothes can help prevent these problems.
