Breaking out of mindsets
When I first got Zoom, it was an incredible book. Imagine a picture, with no words to it. Then turn the page, where the original picture zooms out, so you can see that it's just part of another picture. Then turn the page, and so on. I had never seen anything like it.

My boss makes us do this rotating thing in staff meetings called "out of the box exercise". We all take turns looking for something to bring to staff that will make us think creatively and/or use those grey cells in different ways.
