Top Products for any road trip
When preparing for a long road trip, its essential to make sure you have the right MP3 accessories, coolers for food, wireless bluetooth adapters for mobile phones, an up to date portable navigation system, portable DVD players, etc. The below items are products my husband and I mutally agree are great!
Garmin Nuvi - Make sure you get an up to date Garmin mobile navigation system so the information is accurate. The Garmin Nuvi 760 shows the nearest Starbucks, gas station or ATM as you drive. The Garmin Nuvi 760 could provide better advance warning by stating the road name as you approach a turn. This GPS system fits nicely in the glove compartment. In large cities it can take a while to "calculate".
Rolling Cooler - This foldable, cooler holds several bottles of wine along with full size items like cheese, bread, drinks. The front compartment is nice for storing napkins, knifes, wine openers, small plates. Does not take up too much room when storing. Rolling wheel glide nicely. Small children can easily pull this foldable food cooler. Go Wings!
Portable Power Adapter - A portable USB, plus charger is the best accessory for a road trip. Charge your DVD player, use your computer while riding as a passenger, charge your MP3 or cell phone. This a must have for any length roadtrip. Prices range depending on the number of outlets. Don't skip on the USB or plug charger.
Husky Rubber Trunk Liner - If you like to get dirty and have lots of toys like bikes, snowboards, ski boots, cleats, etc...you need to get this for your car. The edge rolls up so water run off will not get your car carpets dirty. Easy to clean. Just pull out and hose down with water. Color options so it blends nicely with you interior. Very sturdy material to last through all the mess you create.
