HP customer service
I recently purchased an HP desktop computer. Since the first day of use I have had to use an old Gateway keyboard because the HP key board will not work and when plugged in it also shuts down the mouse. I have contacted HP Help on line many, many times and have spent hours waiting for a response...to date I have received absolutely nothing!!
I did send an e-mail to their CEO complaining about HP's response and I did receive a number of phone messages from a case worker, however I am employed and can not respond over the phone during their hours of operation. I would suggest to anyone thinking of buying an HP product to think again. Their service after the sale is terrible!!!!!
Should have got a Dell.
