From front to back this is truly a beautiful instrument, the orange drop burst finish is like nothing else. There's lots of fine detail to be seen in the maple top up close and in person, and the Van Gogh-esque wood grain on the back of the guitar is not something to be overlooked either. The small body size is very comfortable to play on, the picking arm rests beautifully against the body. The 57 Classic humbuckers sound great amplified, while acoustically the guitar is a pleasure as well.
