The AE-Ti heat pump will heat the pool or spa only when the filtration system is running and the control has been turned on to either POOL or SPA.Maintain Temperature (Auto-Heat) will allow the heat pump to check the pool temperature periodically and override time clock settings, heating the pool or spa whenever the temperature falls below the set point. This feature on the heat pump requires additional field wiring.
