We purchased the 350 on the recommendation of one of our clients, and have been delighted with what it does - copies & prints are consistently crisp and clear (and the print driver is faultless), scanning is extremely easy to use and powerful. We take it for granted
I use this machine most days and so far have not even had one paper jam. It is setup with an email and fax address book and it's childs play to send all types of hard documents to any email address or fax, or even fax and email at the same time.

Do not get it
I have a third e-Studio and all of them were bad. The only reason i was getting them was b/c of the good lease option. The machine is NOT durable. Cannot handle volume printing.
