Material shall be the best quality, cold rolled, mild annealed, sheet steel free from buckle, loose scale or other surface imperfections. All steel parts shall be thoroughly cleaned before finish is applied. Finish shall be baked on at a temperature not less than 300 degree fahrenheit and must withstand rigid hammer test without flaking. Shall be 14 gauge steel. Top and bottom horizontal leg channels to be 14 gauge spotwelded at two locations on each side of the vertical leg channels.The adjustable foot is a channel made of 14 gauge steel and out of one continuous piece.
