I chose the Brinkman Smoke n' Grill 810-5301-C Charcoal for many reasons. I had one of these before and enjoyed it. I hate heating my house up in the summer with the use of my oven. Grilliing or smoking outdoors is a great way for me to eliminate the use of my oven.
