Northern Ute Authentic Bone Hairpipe choker from my personal collection. Made in the early 1970's by Julias Sireech, a member of the Northern Ute Tribe. The choker is made of four (4) rows of 1" bone hairpipe, round brass beads and Czech faceted glass beads. The glass bead colors are true red and opaque black. The spacers between the sections are also bone which have been drilled with four tiny holes. This keeps the rows nice and even. Strung on waxed sinew.
