The resistance change is detected by the meter where it is converted and displayed as a temperature reading. Probes are accurate to +/- 0.2°F from 32 to 150°F (+/- 0.1degC from 0 to 70degC). Electrically isolated probes come with a nondetachable 10-ft lead with phone plug (except as noted).
