Japanese Arisaka Type 38 Ammo Pouches, Leather Belt, Bayonet Frog and Rear Ammo Pouch. Faithful reproduction of the Imperial Japanese Belt and ammo pouches of WW2 fame. All leather construction with brass hardward. The Type 38 set has one strap on the top of the two front ammo pouches the 99 has two. The pouch itself has minor differences in construction. We have produced each to match the originals exactly. Each front ammo pouch is designed to hold three 5 round stripper clips on each side for a total of 30 rounds per pouch.
