Better and worse...
It includes new apps that makes life easier, its a little heavier than the iPad 2 but its better.
The camera its better and has more storage space. It also has a faster processor than the Ipad 2.

If you don't care for Siri, then it doesn't worth.
My reviews are more focused on the usability aspect than the functional aspect, since we all have a basic idea of what iOS products do. My ratings are also based on comparison with other iPads and overall apple products capabilities.

Best computer ever made
