As a bibliophile, I really like the idea of being able to bring all of your books with you anywhere you go without the space and muscles required. The Amazon Kindle Touch is really great for this.
While the constant black-and-white of the device can get a little tiresome, it replicates... Read full review »

Pros Lots of reading in a small space, visible in broad daylight.
Cons Clunky interface, and you buy books from a horrible, frustrating, unhelpful Amazon...

I've read voraciously since I was 4, and I am a bit of a reactionary;  so I approached the Kindle with some skepticism.  Having actually used one for a while, I can say that it really has its place -- even if it's not going to replace a real book any time soon.

There are a few... Read full review »

Pros Easy to operate, convenient, portable
Cons Slightly heavy
Recommended it? Yes

I bought the Kindle Touch as a gift for my wife, who is an avid reader of hard-copy books........and has the bookshelves packed to the max to prove it! She loves to read anywhere, anytime, so I thought this would be a good alternative to lugging around a book, or multiple books when we're... Read full review »

Cons The color is gray

Kindle touch wifi ebook, offers a really special meaning of entertainment for old and young people.

I always wanted a touch kindle because it's easy to surf and read and looks more classy and cute than other kindles.

The screen is big (6 inch) so you enjoy reading without hurting your... Read full review »

Pros Small and light. Two magazine formats!
Cons Browser only works on WiFi, not 3G.
Recommended it? Yes

While we have several generations of Kindles, we jumped on the Kindle Touch 3G Wifi. The Kindle Touch and Kindle DX are the only models we own with International Capability. After a couple of months of use, I have to say the touch screen is a bit finicky. I've had to touch several times to get the... Read full review »

Pros reasonable price, wireless connectivity, light, long battery life
Cons have to buy books, limited library availability

I read books literally every single day, so people have been suggesting that I get a Kindle since like the first day that the original model was released.  I can go through a basic paperback in just one day, though, if it is the summer or weekend so I gave up spending money on books and got... Kindle Touch With adds (also a short comparison to Nook Color)

Pros There are not enough words for pros. You'll have to read my review.
Cons You have to purchase a book light if you wish to read in the dark.
Recommended it? Yes

This is the second E-reader I have owned. I purchased the "Barnes and Noble Nook Color" two days after Christmas '10 and returned it two days later. The weight was impractical for reading and made my fingers fall asleep after ten to fifteen minutes, the uncrisp video made my eyes hurt and I Hated... Read full review »

Let me preface my review by saying that this is my first Kindle. I demo'd the previous generation with Keyboard in a big box retailer a few times, and couldn't live with the constant annoying flash to black on every page turn.
