this one is too easy to use!
This one is too easy to use! The Zojirushi Traditional Breadmaker BBCC-V20 is simple to set up, use and clean with clearly written instructions and recipes. The pan tilts and lifts out of the machine; the loaf easily slides out of the pan. The large, traditional shape will feed a family and thrill... Read full review »
Why didn't someone invent this before now?!
Just over a year ago we replaced our computer with one where we could get Internet access and I have loved it ever since. It is only natural then that when my 15 year old breadmaker die that I would surf the Internet to check out what was available. I clicked in on Cooking.com and was impressed... Read full review »
The Mercedes Benz of Breadmakers
I have always loved the idea of a bread machine, but the reality of the tube-shaped loaf produced by most machines on the market did not appeal. This machine makes a traditional rectangular loaf of very high quality.
It has two mixing spindles, as opposed to the single spindle found in...

IF YOU WANT THE BEST BREADMAKER OUT THERE !
I Orginally purchased the version before this I was pleased with it but love this one it mixes the bread better as it has two count them two mixers inside , which means the bread gets all mixed up and theres no dry particals in your bread.

My wife said it's the BEST bread she's EVER tasted!!!!
Okay, I have no experience with Breadmakers, but I always wanted one. So, I researched, and researched, and researched. In fact, I was all set to buy a Panasonic model, but then the auction site (where they were selling for cheap) suddenly stopped selling them. So, guess what I did? I did more... Read full review »
Easy Breadmaking 101
Earlier this year I changed to an eating plan designed to control my blood pressure. One of the items not on the plan was bread made with white flour. Commercially produced wheat bread usually had some white flour or a bunch of additives I couldn't pronounce so I began to look into a bread... Read full review »

**UPDATE** 10/12/00
I've been using my bread maker much more often since I began working at home. I make at least two loaves a week now, and this bread maker is up to the task! The only bad loaf I've had in over three months is one where I forgot to put in the yeast.
I love the...

Break Bread for Life
I read about bread machines on the food boards of America on Line. Everyone was saying how great the Zoji was. Well the price was expensive but in life you always get what you pay for in the end. The machine was over Three hundred dollars. I studied all the different models and prices. I wanted a... Read full review »
The "Cadillac" of bread machines
I bought this breadmaker because after 9 years of owning "R2D2" (Welbuilt's original "round" breadmaker) I desired a machine that made a loaf in the traditional *loaf shape. The Welbuilt made a decent loaf of bread but I was getting tired of the oversized, large sandwiches that a round loaf limits... Read full review »
Dual keading paddles makes ugly bread!
I have made 200 loaves of bread with this machine. I use it daily to test bread mixes that I develop. I consistantly get a loaf that is very mis- shaped. It is bad enough to have to take a ball of dough and shape it into a loaf without the human touch but to take two balls of dough and shape it... Read full review »

Zojirushi BBCC-V20 Home Bakery Traditional Breadmaker
One of the most wonderful sensory experiences has to be the smell of baking bread. It nourishes the soul and warms the heart, just as the finished product nourishes and warms the body. This bread maker not only makes a splendid horizontal loaf, it's easy to use and clean, meaning it won't join the dud appliances gathering dust while they wait for the next yard sale.
