worst piece of junk I've ever bought for 9,0000. Constant duplex paper jams and can't seem to handle large capacity print jobs, which is what it was designed for. technician was unable to solve the jamming issue.

A printer and manufacturer fit for the rubbish bin.
We bought the machine because of its advertised duty cycle (up to 150,000 a month) which was well within our requirements; the 3-year extended on-site maintenance guarantee; the total satisfaction guarantee; the toner and consumable projections.
