Pros Large load capacity, shorter cycle times, many different temperature settings.
Cons None so far (unless you don't like to auto load sensor). 
Recommended it? Yes

I bought this washer from Lowes at $448 with free shipping and next day delivery.  I was going to buy a GE at Sears, but their shipping was not free and it was two weeks out. (Say goodbye Sears)....The washer is big enough to wash a king size comforter.  It has plenty of cycles and options to wash... Read full review »

Pros No yet. Need to get it working first.
Cons Load sensing device failed

Washer was delivered yesterday. Hooked it up and turned it on. Water filled up but stopped as soon as the lid was opened. Pros washes clean, large load, knobs, metal drum, adequate cycle selection, double rinse...
Cons Middling spin, opening in cycle fills  to top, (wastes water) lacks several...
Recommended it? No

Whirlpool WTW57ESVW (AKA Kenmore 800) is billed as an energy star compliant machine. In fact, reading the energy information shows that it saves $6/year in electricty costs. Put it toward a frappucino. You probably won't save an ice flow.
