Save yourself the trouble and do not buy this one
At just under 2 years this machine stopped working. According to the repair tech that came by it is the pump. It has been over a month now and still no revisit to fix (or contact from them on when it will be fixed). When I call customer service at Whirlpool Canada I get nothing but the run around... Don't even THINK about it!
Washing machine broke after six months of use. It now gets the clothes wet and then stops working midway through the wash cycle with the door locked and my clothes inside.
A month and a half later it's still broken. I've had 5 scheduled repair visits and they still don't know what's wrong...

Welcome to the age of the water-miser.
I installed this washing machine next to the kitchen sink in order to save space. We simply routed the drain tube into the sink basin. Not impressed
I bought a condo that already had this washer/dryer stacked and installed new. I've been here 3 weeks and have done several loads and can't seem to solve my wrinkling problem. Don't buy one
I am on my second one now, the first replaced under warranty and the second no better - just not worth it at any price. And to make it even worse, the common part that breaks, the electronics, are on long backorder.
