Picture this, you are staying at a hotel that offers morning breakfast. Some of what the hotel offers is bagels, bread, and English muffins. You would generally want to toast those in the morning, correct? Now picture three hundred people queued up for one toaster.

Poor quality control
When I took it out of the box, it had deep scratches in the face plate. They were very obvious too, and it's inconceivable that they had been overlooked. Its two extra-long slots enhance the toaster's versatility by enabling you to toast two long slices of bread, such as Italian, or four regular slices of bread or English muffins! Both slots are 1 3/8" wide to accommodate a variety of products. The browning level can be adjusted using the easy-to-grasp rotary dial, while the convenient touch controls offer three specialized functions. The defrost function defrosts and then toasts frozen bread with the touch of a button. Bread can also be reheated without browning, or you can press the cancel button to interrupt toasting and return the carriage to the top.
