Garbage- read before you buy
This waffle iron isn't worth the cost. It is pretty and that is it. It must have a central heat element and it over cooks the middle and under cooks the edges. Oozing Batter Machine
Our old waffle maker must be 40 years old - works fine, nothing snazzy - just your run of the mill 4 waffle waffle-maker.
But our family has grown and 4 waffles is 1 waffle short of a full house. So the 6 waffle maker had a purpose, even if rather pricey.

Wow! What a disappointment! I bought this because I have several other Cuisinart products and love them. This, however, is a DUD!
